Fax
You can download and print our donation form, fill in your credit card and donation information, and fax the completed form to 212-972-4864.
Phone
You can make a credit card donation by phone by calling the ETM office at 212-972-4788, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Eastern Time. If you can only call outside of office hours, just leave a voicemail.
You can make a donation in someone's honor or memory using any of the above methods (online, mail, fax, phone). Our online tribute donation form will ask you whom you are honoring, whether you would like ETM to send a notification, and if so, what message you would like to include. If you donate by mail, fax or phone, just include this information at the time of your donation.

You can increase the impact of your donation by securing a matching gift. Please check if your gift is eligible to be matched by your place of employment. Many companies offer matching gift programs to support employees' charities of choice. Your Human Resources or Personnel department may be able to provide you with a form that can be completed and sent to ETM, or they may use an online form to process matches. If you have any questions, please contact ETM at 212-972-4788 or info@ETMonline.org, attention: Development Department.
You can involve your friends and family in helping you support ETM. If you’d like your friends or family to give to ETM in honor of your upcoming event or occasion (wedding, birthday, race, etc.), you can tell them to make donations directly to ETM using one of the methods above.
Or, if you'd like to set up your own personal fundraising page, where you can notify your friends and track your progress, you can set up an account on one of the following sites and designate Education Through Music, Inc. (EIN 13-3613210) as your charity. Please check out the links below.

Programs
Basic classroom supplies
- Reams of copy paper
- cardstock, construction paper, etc.
- markers, pens, pencils, tape
- Children's books- especially fairy tales, legends, and music related themes (these books do not have to only be about music--ALL children's fiction is welcome)
- Storage bins (for percussion instruments, drumsticks, student work, etc): Clear tubs or stackable crates
- beginning band and orchestra instruments in playable condition.
- guitars (steel or nylon string) in playable condition
- Pianos- various makes and models- as long as they are in playable condition and the donor is willing to arrange and pay for delivery.
- drumsticks
- hand percussion such as tambourines, congas, djembes, cymbals, etc.
- Drum sets
- unused soprano recorders
- mallets for Orff instruments (xylophones, metalophones): specifically mallets with yarn or felt beaters
- acoustic and electric guitar string sets
- 3/4 and 4/4 violin string sets (or individual E strings)
- 3/4 and 4/4 cello string sets (or individual A strings)
- Some up to date music technology components (cables, controllers, etc--please contact us for specific needs)
- There are many other items not listed here that would be useful-- basically, if it is in playable condition we can probably use it in one of our many schools!
- CDs of all kinds of music (as long as the lyrics are appropriate for children)--classical, jazz, pop, hip-hop, world styles--it's all great!
- choral music for elementary and middle school- from 1-4 part harmony, single copies or complete sets
- ensemble music for elementary/middle school bands and orchestras
- easy solo repertoire for elementary/middle school band and orchestral instruments
While we appreciate your willingness to help, we already have the following items, or they do not suit our particular needs:
- Piano and/or guitar sheet music
- Advanced sheet music or technique books
- popular song collections published later than 2 years ago
- textbooks (beyond elementary general music texts)
- books intended for private study (piano methods, advanced music theory or history)
- college texts (except for those on teaching pedagogy-both music and otherwise).
